To create an account on stake, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and phone number. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held may be forfeited.
Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. stake will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

The stake platform may only be used for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You may participate in legitimate betting and gaming activities through the platform. Operating an account for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Section 4
Stake supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the platform.
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. stake reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal for review if a transaction appears suspicious. All withdrawal amounts will be paid out in BDT.
Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements and expiry period. The specified rollover must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. Stake provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. stake's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. Financial losses incurred through betting and gaming are entirely at the user's own risk. We do not guarantee any specific winnings.
All content on the stake platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, and text — is protected under the intellectual property rights of stake or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

Stake reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in illegal activity. Any refund of a verifiable balance upon account closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Users may also request to close their own account at any time.
Stake reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
